Partnerships
Wine-oji Services makes available the option for New Zealand Wine related businesses or online services associated with or about the New Zealand Wine Community to partner with Wine-oji Services. This applies to international wine related businesses also. In order for a Partnership with Wine-oji Services, you may be required to register with us. Any personal or business information supplied to Wine-oji Limited as part of this registration process and/or any other interaction with Wine-oji Limited will be collected, stored and used in accordance with Wine-oji Limited’s/Wine-oji Services Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Wine-oji Services website in accordance with the following rules. These apply across all Wine-oji Limited owned sites and services.
Shipping & Delivery
Where a wine is damaged upon transit to Wine-oji Services for profiling, we will contact the supplier and inform them of the damage. Wine-oji Services accepts no responsibility for the damage and will request another bottle be sent for review.
If a wine sent for profiling is deemed to be out of condition, Wine-oji Services will contact the supplier of the wine and inform them of this. It is up to the supplier to send a replacement bottle for subsequent profiling.
All products ordered online through the Wine-oji Services Shop will be charged a flat rate of $5 delivery/shipping fee. This fee is charged for all delivery/shipping within New Zealand only. All international orders or enquiries will need to contact us via email before placing the order. The email address for enquiries is info@wine-ojiservices.com
Multiple items can be delivered at once and will occur only one delivery/shipping fee per box.
Where possible, all orders will be dispatched the same day or the following business day and will be delivered within 5 working days of placing the order.
If you do not receive your order within the 5 working days please contact us via the above email address.
