known for consistency and transparency.
Rather than assigning a score or a number to your wine, we are looking to translate our tasting into images that convey what exactly is in the bottle. For this reason we do not mark your wine out of 100 or 20.
In simple terms, the number of Wine-oji’s and overall structure will reflect the complexity of the wine. This can help to differentiate the quality between your brand tiers, winemaking techniques or vintage variation.
